    I want to know why you have charged my husband AGAIN for 89.95 on April 15, 2013. He originally asked to try this out for 39.00 and was charged 89.95 for a trial bottle, and now again he is charged. He never asked for more pills and he never received anymore either.   • They took $79.85 off my VISA



    I don't remember when I ordered it. I am just now starting to work on it as I hadn't found the email till today. I had called and canceled my ordered Feb. 20th so I had probably ordered it around the time they billed me for the whole amount instead of the 10.95 or whatever it was they were susposed to have.     These people are lying right from the start. The TV ad said I had 30 days before they would use my credit card and they used it the same day. The TV ad promised 100% satisfaction or a full refund. That was a lie also. They refuse to refund anything even cost me more money to send back the unopened bottle that I never asked for.   • DONT DO IT!!!!



    I ordered prosvent for my father w/ expodited shipping and it still did not arrive after 11 days. I called to cancel and have my card credited for the money we put out to have it sent to us and was told they cant do that and we would have to pay to have it returned!!! This is just rediculous...my fault for not looking online at all the negative reviews first...be smart unlike me and DONT DO IT! More...

    called to cancel at number given 1-800-475-1942 and got an email the next day saying they were charging my credit card and sending more products. Called again asking why I was getting charge and more product and they didnt even know what Product was it, when I said Prosvent they told us to call back the number we order in order to get it cancel because they didnt serviced that company! Is this a scam??? I want my money back, we are calling our credit card company and BBB to report this. More...

    The product does not help my situation at all. It took 4 phone calls today to get a human being to speak to me, after being on hold for over 1/2 hr. This is a total scam, as far as I am concerned. I am notifying my credit card company to reject any charges that may be put on my account from this company.     One more scammed customer!!!! I ordered then immediately cancelled the auto charge to my credit card after reading the scam alerts. I was assured I was now out of their system and would not be further charged.60 days later I got a $98 charge and a notice they were delivering more. I immediately contacted the company and demanded a supervisor. After talking to Ryan (#3155) who was not too bright as I told him I would only talk to a supervisor, then on to "miss Bruchet" (5169).     I gave the Prosvent product a full 4 months with no noticable change. I too submitted e-mails to stop and got an auto response each time that I would be contacted within 48 to 72 hours. I called the customer service phone number on the auto response e-mail got some India speaking man that said to call 800-743-9854 becuase his company doen't handle Prosvent customer service (even though his number is on the the stupid e-mail).     Prosvent is a scam. I purchased this product with the gaurantee that you could return within 30 days for a full refund. When it arrived it stated to please give this product 2 month to get the full effect. So I gave them the full 2 month with no benifit. I canceled my order via email. they sent an auto responce that they would respond within 48 to 72 hrs. It didnt happen and the didnt cancel my order.     I can't believe I fell for another "automatic shipment" scam for vitamins. But I did. You cannot return the vitamins once you have them either. If you are like my husband who does not read the fine print on these online order forms, you will be paying for quite a bit of stuff you don't want. Just BE CAREFUL. READ CAREFULLY. Besides, most manufacturers of products that have "automatic shipments" so not have products that are that good. The ingredients in Prosvent are minimal and hardly therapeutic. Stay away from them.
